Shipments by express courier

• We use express couriers such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, EMS, SDA, etc.
• Upon request, we will be happy to help you find the best preferred shipping method.

Returns and Returns

• Returns of goods made with requests for customization in dimensions and/or finishes are not permitted.
• In the event of goods that do not comply with the order, the Customer is granted a period of 14 days starting from delivery to return the purchased goods.
• Send an email to info@murano-store.com indicating the reasons for the return, possibly attaching photographic documentation, and specifying the return method among those indicated above.
• Wait for a reply email from the Murano Store with authorization and relative return document (within 48h); if necessary, further information will be requested. In any case, the Customer must return the items intact, unused, with their original packaging and, for better management of the return by Murano Store, attaching the Return form received by e-mail and fully completed.</li >
