Glass Chandelier from Murano in smoke grey color in 6 lights with leafs and flowers very rich of decors applied on the central stem. Each piece is worked only by hand. The lamp is composed of cups, leaves and one or more flowers. With the product, we provide all the wiring for Europe and / or USA, instructions for installation, after-sales service in case of breakage. We make custom pieces upon request. Packaging under vacuum.
Murano Store wants its customers to be satisfied with the products purchased, therefore - in addition and without prejudice to the Free Legal Guarantee of Conformity and the Right of Withdrawal - all products sold by Murano Storee are covered for 30 days following receipt of the product by the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee. If you have changed your mind about purchasing the product or wish to change its color or variant, you may, without having to contact the Murano Store, return the product by shipping it within 30 days of receipt, following the instructions on the return form that you will find enclosed with the product.
If you decide to make use of the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee by returning a product and requesting its replacement with the same product of a different color or variant, you will receive the replacement product within 3/5 working days from the date of receipt of the return by Murano Store ( if available in stock). In this case, the transport costs for the return shipment and for the shipment of the replacement item will be borne by Murano Store. If the replacement product requested is not available, Murano Store will refund it.
If you decide to make use of the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee by requesting a refund for the product on which you have changed your mind, you will be refunded the full price of the product, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used during the purchase; the transport costs for delivery as well as the transport costs relating to the return will be at your expense and will not be refunded.
